Hey all,
Thanks to everyone who made last night's "Beer and Drupal Meetup" a big success! We had about 17 people show up for the event and everyone seemed enthusiastic about making this a regular monthly gathering on the 4th Tuesday of each month. So let's make it happen...
We've decided to try moving up the start time to 5:00 p.m. at the suggestion of a couple Drupalers (who are then able to leave work early and instead get some work done at the meetup). But if your job doesn't permit you to arrive until 6:00 p.m., that's fine, too.
So here are the details on our upcoming April "Beer and Drupal" Meetup:
Date: Tuesday, April 27
Time: 5:00 - 10:00 p.m.

It should be a great opportunity for everyone who attended DrupalCon the prior week to debrief each other and discuss your favorite sessions. Or just bring a laptop and get some work done in the company of other like-minded folks.

Your on the right track. People here are happy to help You get started including me. Godaddy will load drupal but You might not get the latest version. It is not a big deal to load Your self and if You get stuck just search or post on the forums. Hope to meet You at one of the meetings.
