If we want to get a room with AV we should book
I just got email from Deborah Fuzetto. She has a some of availability for rooms. Sooner we act the more options there are. Don't know if we want to avoid certain times. e.g. Adrian's presentation.
Miguel, do you want to ask Adrian and Anarcat and any others if they care when this happens? Or if you want me to hold off and let one of you do the scheduling, just say the word.
In the past I've used doodle.com to create a poll for the optimal scheduling time. If you'd like me to do that, send me a list of emails to add to the poll.
