17 April 2010 Drupal Hyderabad Group Meeting
Dear Siva,
I will be participating in the meeting. Here I confirm the same. Hope tomorrow we would be finalizing all other pending tasks. I have been in touch with two videographers.
Rate card as follows:
1. Rs 4,000 per day (8 hrs)with basic editing along with CD (shooting with DV cam)
2. Rs. 3,500 per day (6 hrs) with basic editing along with CD (shooting with advanced cam/movie cam probably).

Minutes of IInd committee meeting
Thanks to all who attended the meet and helped on deciding crucial decisions. Also we had a wonderful lunch at Paradise which was our first lunch of drupal hyderabad group, making the day a memorable one.

1. The meeting started with an issue regarding the finalization of dates. We heard that some students had exams on May 1. Finally it was decided that the Drupal talks would be conducted on May 1 and the Hands on session will be conducted on May 2.
2. The Sponsor benefits were finalized as follows:

1. A special privilege for the Video sponsor was decided that, each and every video will contain a 3 sec screen of the sponsor logo with the line as "Video recording sponsored by"

1. The organizations who have volunteered for organizing the workshop can put up banners at the venue

the surprise session will be decided based on the users votes. While registration, users will have an option where in they can input the topic name. Based on the topic which is requested by many students, we will plan that session. If we don't get any such kind of requests, we ourselves will plan something interesting.

Providing Certificates to workshop attendees is a good idea. Having a dedicated page for Organizers is also doable.
We need to discuss about feasibility of extending the workshop into Monday. As I understand 3rd day will be completely Practice session.
Please add a Poll for all committee memeber who can make themselves available on Monday. The 3rd day will rely on how many will turn up for that day as it's a working day.

Its better to have our own I mean drupalhyderabad Logo (something like http://www.drupal.in/ ) and also favicon instead of using the favicon of theme(acquia_marina).
BTW I really appreciate hard work and time of those who contributed drupalhyderabad.com ......
