Running multiple sites on "mysite.no" and has 14 individual pages
sharing only users now.
Want to share some node types (posts) across the sites, especially due. views via Views.
What is RSS module could do the same job and be the best to view different node types on different sides?

You don't need an additional
You don't need an additional RSS module to do something like this. If you have views made, you can simply add a "Feed" display to your views. Check out this tutorial for more info on how to set those up.

I use both methods so I can
I use both methods so I can test the module and learn to make them via Views. Is it easy to export / import Views?
I share the "Role" between the sites, but failed to share the "Permissions". Do not know why it would not display on all pages ..
I think the job will end in about 15 to 20 subdomain.

I'd be a bit wary of sharing
I'd be a bit wary of sharing the permissions table across multiple sites because then if you have different module configurations, each could have different additional permissions that it would add to the table on specific sites. If you're using all the same modules on every site go for it but usually that's not the case when spawning off more then 5 sites.
