My company's exploring Drupal for use as our core content management platform and app development framework (we're a news media company). I'm trying to track down local Drupal users and hacks that we can bounce ideas off and learn from. Is there anyone in the NC Triad area that would be willing to serve as a Drupal consultant, whether formally or in- (depending on level of expertise)?

We're a small group in Galax, VA working on organizational methods to increase popular participation in the WWW using Drupal. We are working on a number of local and community sites.
I live on the North Carolina line and Winston-Salem is my "cultural" mecca. I'd love to join other drupalers for discussions.
