For the barn raising, I want to have some general planning discussed, and I also have some specifics I'd like to work on (if we have time):
- screen capturing in Linux
- Install Profiles
- getting Drupal Installed at the client's web host

I'll be there, looking forward to checking out the venue.
Other considerations:
- Backup alternative web host. Just in case... (DH had a network outage last week)
- Storyboard the video segments. Assign cameras and operators.
- Wiki documentation of the process, give everyone access to contribute during the event. SiteDocumentation module for the build configuration was also a great contributed idea.
- Scrum teams: Lead devs, student devs, runners, wiki documenters, color commentator to translate the process to audience & cameras?
Do we need to build a site plan that will determine our modules, configuration and navigation? Will this info come from the site owner?
I would also like to focus on the Install Profiles configuration and then maybe some OSX/Ubuntu screen capturing setup.
