Things I think it could be helpful to define are:
What are the official documentation/discussion tools or sources?
What features do they need?
Can we define a common set of documentation types? In London we've talked about functional specs and technical specs (see examples under Components in the Trac wiki). Also here about Information Architecture and user stories (at different levels) It would be good to have a list with short descriptions of each artifact we believe needs creating and what it should contain.
