LGBT social network site looking for themeing guru

Hi everyone,

I don't know why this wasn't started a while ago.

I am one of the founding members of ActivelyOut.com (http://ActivelyOut.com), a social networking site for LGBT professionals and allies. We built it on Drupal 5 a few years ago.

I have built our new site on Drupal 6.

I am looking for a themeing Guru who can help take some of the off the shelf themes and make theme fabu.
I could also use a fellow programmer to help take the load off of my shoulders.

I am almost there but need help.
