I just thought I'd post a notice here that we're going to have a program downstate on the changes coming in CCK in Drupal 6.x. It will be in Normal on Thursday, November 29 (see http://groups.drupal.org/node/7103). It's a bit of a drive for an evening meeting, but it looks like we may have at least one person coming from Chicago now, and I know this is a topic many people are interested in, so I thought I'd mention it in the Chicago group.

If this were on a weekend, I'd probably try and make it down. But with a day job in an office rather than telecommuting, I don't think I can manage the drive. :-(
