Aye! Unfortunately, I can't make it to this meetup. I am leaving that morning to TX!
Maybe I can show up via skype?

See you next month! :)

Phil,

Attending via Skype sounds great. I will send you my Skype info via email.

Talk to you Wednesday,
Hector

A few minutes for the new guy :)

Hey Guys,
It won't be a presentation of any sorts but more of a " have a look and pick it apart" type thing. I am very new to Drupal and I'd like to show my first site build to hopefully gain some critique and guidance.

Jay

Sounds great

I'll be online and ready to pick your site apart ;)

Free Web Conferencing Utilities

Maybe we can use this for people joining remotely (Skype and Yugma) this Wednesday:

https://www.yugma.com/products/yugmase-skype-edition.php

If not, does anyone else know of a good totally free (i.e. not free with a trial period) web conferencing utilities? I have heard of Kablink, but I have never tried it.

Vince,

Send my your Skype account via email. We will be originating the conference call from the meetup location, so we need to have the skype info of anyone that want to participate via Skype.

Web Conferencing

For those of you joining our meetup via Skype, please install the Yugma SE (Skype Edition) so that you can have a better virtual experience in attending the meetup:

https://www.yugma.com/products/yugmase-skype-edition.php

We will try the free Skype version of Yugma, since it integrates easily with Skype (Skype even has to be running when you install Yugma SE), and you do not have to create a separate account on Yugma.

Anyone attending in person that is going to give a demo/presentation, or wants to see how the software works when they cannot physically make it to the meetup should also install the software.

We can always change the Web Conferencing software that we use in future meetups if we find that the free version of Yugma does not work well.

Talk to you / see you Wednesday,
Hector

what is the MAP URL?

We will created it after we have everyone on Skype. I will be initiating a Skype conference call just after 7pm eastern. Anyone that wants to participate should be online with Skype at that time. If I do not already have your Skype ID, please send me an invite: my Skype ID is my first name concatenated with my last name (my first name is below and my last name is my drupal.org username).

Talk to you soon,
Hector
