If it was like previously, it'll either be done in-house or with a local Dem who does Drupal work. I used to do the work on the site with the previous staff.
I wrote someone I know who is on the staff to find out. I know they've been doing quite a bit of Drupal work over the past year. We got them pretty hooked on it and I'm glad to see them really expanding what can be done with it.
