Hello

Does the description in Step-by-step: Installing Project Mercury 1.1 (Beta) on Centos 5.5 also work for Redhat 5.5 or are changes needed?

  1. The installed version of BCFG2-Server (1.1.0-0.0rc4r5983) has a bug: See http://trac.mcs.anl.gov/projects/bcfg2/changeset/5985
  2. When Yum plugin Replace is activated the BCFG2-Server gives an error en stops working. This has to be disabled via: /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/replace.conf

Redhat 5.5 failed

It seems that changes are needed. Can anyone put me in the correct direction for adding redhat 5.5 support?

We haven't tested with Redhat yet. Can you be more specific about what failed? We can turn this into the "migration mercury to redhat" thread.

Joostvdl, was it possible to get it working on redhat? (after http://groups.drupal.org/node/83864 ?) or did you switched to centos?
Are you able to give more details in what's working and what's not on the redhat system?

I'm currently looking into: getting it to work on a redhat system, so all tips are welcome...
