After days of having a mild flu, it feels great to be back, ready to share another wonderful experience. This time it's gonna be more than Drupal.

Last Feb 5, lobo (aka Donald Lobo) invited for a p.i. at gdo/philippines. The next day, I met him at an establishment here in Makati, Philippines.

Very eager & happy to meet an active CiviCRM developer, I sat down with lobo and installed Drupal and CiviCRM 1.9 on the spot while drinking. (btw Thanks for the treat! ;D)

Setup was a breeze though we had minor server bumps running CiviCRM on Windows. Lobo told me that they usually develop on Mac. Good thing, everything went as smooth as silk.

Here are some screenshots:

Here's a list of some yummy highlights (cough cough):
* Learned the advantages of using CiviCRM and its features unique from Drupal
* Munched on the awesome power of this constituent relationship management "in-a-box" ala open source
* Payed attention to bulkier mass sending, donation/finance mgmt and og synchronization

Look's like I'm gonna be busy playing with this cool module for a while.

WARNING: Cool guy below!

lobo, Thanks for flying all the way from New Zealand and sharing some of you precious time! More power to CiviCRM and the development team. Till your next flight :) Please visit us again...
