Reposting this since I have not heard from anyone after the original posting.
I have a working ubercart site with one gotcha. I can sell a download to a customer, but the site never notifies the customer of the download link!! I am convinced this is related to not having the correct conditional actions set up but I'm mystified about exactly what to implement.
Would greatly appreciate some assistance with this. If it's complicated, I'd be willing to pay some consulting time; I just need to get this working right.

In the future, please don't double post topics - it comes off as very whiney and demanding to a group of people whom, if they had the knowledge and/or time to help you out, would do so gladly; but we can't all be expected to drop into your thread just to let you know we don't know the answer to the question. If you don't get a response, it's safe to assume that no one knows the answer and/or no one has time to help you out.
My suggestion would be to jump on IRC (drupal.org/irc) and join the #drupal-ubercart chatroom. You will definitely find someone in there who can point you in the right direction.
