I apologize in advance if this is not the most applicable forum, but does anyone know of a business intelligence type service (like a www.hoovers.com) that identifies which CMS a company is utilizing? Essentially, is there a list out there that indicates if a company is using Drupal?
Thanks in advance for any help,

You should be able to determine by examine the site
If your wondering if company X has a drupal site somewhere that may require a bit more sleuthing but if you have the url of the site in questions, you can probably just look at it and tell. It might not necessarily be themed like a drupal site, but there are clues if you know what you're looking for.
specifically look for url signatures
specifically look for url signatures like http://example.com/node http://example.com/user http://example.com/CHANGELOG.txt http://example.com/tracker http://example.com/taxonomy/term/ etc.
If one or more of those show something you expect then there's a good chance it is Drupal. You can also look at the html structure and the path to css files. If the file is sites/all/themes/something/style.css or perhaps files/css/dd327ca658a27421baffc3c55aefafc.css then you can be pretty sure that it is a Drupal site.

Thanks for the input...
Instead of identifying if an individual site is on Drupal, I was referring to if there is a database or directory available that lists which CMS companies are on...anyone heard of something out there that currently exists? Thanks, Dave
