For us visual thinkers. Thanks, will print it out. There might be a difference for the Nginx version (Barracuda Aegir), what did you use to make the diagrams?

I did not see any Visio files attached (perhaps my mistake). Would you be willing to upload those for us so we could re purpose the diagrams for our own situations and personal use? An extremely valuable contribution.

...you include the "Scripts" section with Drush and Provision on the Remote server. Per Adrian's comment here, this is no longer needed. You might want to include those as dashed/dotted since they are optional.
