Unable to add a new client (one of the content type)

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Shouldn't it be possible to create a new client by using node/add/client?
I get an access denied page at both admin or account-manager role.

Is this how it is ment to be, or is it a bug?
