As the term 'Association' might cause issues/confusion, especially in Belgium where the international Drupal Association is located, I propose to use one of the following terms:
- Foundation
- Federation
- Organization
- Union
- Society
- Group

- Belgian Drupal Federation
- Belgian Drupal Organization
- Belgian Drupal Foundation
- Belgian Drupal Union
- Belgian Drupal Society
- Belgian Union of Drupal Users
- Union of Belgian Drupal Users
Terms to avoid
The 'Union' term is interesting, but might cause confusion with the political party 'Belgische Unie - Union belge, B.U.B.'.
The 'Society' term as some political/scientific connotations.
The 'Federation' term as some political connotations.
The 'Group' term might cause confusion with local user groups.

As the term 'Foundation' is frequently used in the IT world, especially by Free Software/Knowledge associations (namely FSF, FFII, EFF, Mozilla Foundation, ...), I propose the name Belgian Drupal Foundation.

One could also consider including the term "Community", e.g. Association of the Belgian Community of Drupal, leaving us with the abbr: "ABCD" ;)
