Hardware help: cat 6 cable connectors

Not specifically Drupal related (though I will be running Drupal sites from my basement server once I've got the wiring)...

I'm running CAT-6 solid conductor wire from router to server, and then from server to upstairs office. I need 4 connectors (well, maybe 10 given a few crimping mistakes) but I can't find the nice 2-piece connectors in anything less than a 100-pack http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000V6ZTWW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&m=A27DUHPPTQX1VZ. Granted, it's only $25 (+ tax & shipping) but all I need is ten. Does anyone on this list:

Overnight Website Challenge

Have you been following the discussion about the Chicago 2011 Overnight Website Challenge? It sounds very cool. They are following the example set by the Minneapolis Overnight Website Challenge and are similarly sponsored by the The Nerdery (I want one of these in Pittsburgh!). Not sure if we have to go through the Nerdery to make it happen (as the Chicago team is doing) or what benefits that may or may not include.

July Meetup Date

So it turns out the first monday in July is July 4th, which is probably not the best day for our meetup. Is anyone opposed to doing it on the 11th? If not, i'd like to at least put the date up now so folks know what's going on.

Late May Drupal Dinner?

Anyone diving into Media module and Styles for D7?

A long story short, I've been poking my head into Media module for D7, and I like what I see. In the future this is definitely going to bring the user experience with media management a lot closer to Wordpress, which is good news for content creators, and media as entities is going to open up some really interesting ways to deal with multimedia content. BUT... (coding questions follow)

views block and fields?

I have a views block that is displaying a list of titles from a content type. I want to include with the title which user created the content as well as date information. I dont want to include the date the node was created. I want to include the data from the input date field. I hope that makes sense. maybe this is a better explanation...

node: title
authored by
date an event is taking place.

I have it working with just the titles, and I cant find the which fields if any will add the other two pieces of info. any thoughts? thanks in advance. see you at the next meeting.

I have an predicament; I am creating a series of Exhibit listing pages for an art organization site. These exhibit pages will be "CURRENT", "UPCOMING", and "PAST". Originally, without thinking it through very well, I thought I would create three different content types for these types of content, and then have views display them accordingly. However, upon further consideration, I realized that it would be loads better to have only one content type ("EXHIBITS") that is somehow updated (according to the date field required for each listing) to the appropriate page. i.e.

Unsure about drupal_add_library

So I have been searching around for the best way to make my jquery accordion work in my drupal site, and I think that drupal_add_library is the recommended way to go. However, I can't seem to find much information on it, or the information that I have found I cannot understand. Anyone familiar enough with drupal_add_library to give me some advice, perhaps a crash course in applying it? Alternatively, if anyone knows of a better way, or something that has worked tried and true for them, I am open to it all.

And as long as I'm on the subject, remember that batteries are very bad in landfill. We mailly use NiMh rechargeables, but when we do have dead batteries, we bring them to our local BatteriesPlus. Find a battery disposal place near you at:
