This group was formed to discuss the development, use and future of the Skinr module.
We have lots of ideas and need your help.
Our main goals are to:
- Show you how to use Skinr.
- Collaborate on skins to share with the Drupal community.
- Collaborate on creating a means of browsing, packaging and sharing skins.
- Explore options for the future of Skinr and Drupal theming in general.
Skinr Plugins for Form-based CSS Styles
Hello! I've recently started using Skinr 1.x on a handful of sites, and I love it! Combined with Panels Everywhere, we've really got some nice flexibility in site design. As I work, it strikes me how useful it would be to be able to create a module that inserts a number of form items into the Skinr form so that we could for modify the styling of individual regions, panes, and blocks (say: adjusting margin-top for a pane, or z-index, or setting absolute positioning).
Three questions:
1. Should I work towards a patch for Skinr 1.x that would allow this or should I wait for 2.x?

I'm testing the new Skinr dev modules. So far everything looks fantastic, and I've run into very few problems.
I decided to try integrating the Fusion Theme base with the new Skinr Dev. Fusion's editing divs show up behind the Ajax editing div, which isn't a large problem because you can usually still click on the ajax div.
I decided I want to keep testing with dev Skinr and Fusion so I made the following quick changes to Fusion's style.css in the core module located at ./fusion/fusion_core/css/style.css

Over the past few months we've been hard at work on a new version of Skinr. I'm writing to tell you about the awesome new features, and to request your help in testing them so we can iron out any bugs and release!
First things first.
There are lots of changes in the new version. Backup your entire site before doing anything. It is strongly recommended that you do NOT use this on production sites at this point.
