Teaching business information systems with Drupal

Hey,
Most business schools have an information systems course for all business majors (marketing, accounting, HR, ...). The goal is to help students understand how businesses use IT.
Many intro BIS courses use MS Access and Excel, if they use s/w at all.
I've created a BIS course that uses Drupal 8. It's at https://bis.cybercour.se/ . Open for all.
It's not a Drupal course per se (though, of course, there's much content on using Drupal). The course uses Drupal as a vehicle for helping students understand typical business information systems.
