What is the population to be targeted for the poll?

Hello, My name is Barbara Guster. The purpose for this memo is, to reach out, to my group and seek out the data, that can shine the light on, what type of poll is needed? Secondly, what type of objectives will become the levers, to pursue the poll takers. For instance, how will the poll be conducted, simple poll, random poll, or systematic poll?
What type of audience will the poll capture? What will the purpose of the poll support or not support?
