Malfunctions

I have at least two problems with my installation of Openpublish.
1) headings in articles are converted to paragrafs, p, in the page displayed, even though it shows up with h2, h3 and so on in the edit page.
2) Asigning child pages to parent menu item/category is not being saved so I cannot assign content to it's rightful place.
