Layout Gala CSS Layouts
All of the Layout Gala CSS templates have been uploaded at the following URL:

After sending an email to the creator of Layout Gala, he said that he was honored to have potentially use his templates for creating Drupal themes and said that giving him a simple credit in the code was enough. They had explored the option of creating a GPL licence but decided against it. Let me know if you would like to see his email.
