Quiero explicarme bien. Tengo el problema que en la resolución de los teléfonos móviles mi menú no se despliega. Por eso he pensado como solución mostrar un menú en los móviles distinto al que se muestra en la versión web. No sé si sabéis alguna forma de solucionarlo. Espero respuestas.

Cuando entro a la pagina de bloques /admin/structure/block/ la pagina no carga y se queda en blanco y en la consola me arroja un error: Uncaught ReferenceError: Modernizr is not defined, en los archivos RegionView.js y VisualView.js dentro del modulo contextual en la ruta /core/modules/contextual/js/views/

Sin embargo cuando entro a verificar esos archivos, en el archivo contextual.libraries.yml si esta definido el modernizr

Hola. este es lo que quiero hacer

tengo un bloque que viene de views donde muestro las ultimas noticias. De vez en cuando quiero que aparezca otro bloque con una noticia muy importante que sustituya a el primer bloque. en otras palabras que cuando se active un bloque el otro desaparezca.

¿como seria el código para colocar dentro del primer bloque? en drupal 7.

New to Drupal, I have a site up but it's in pieces right now. Still learning how to organize it. I have a need though to have site users that are approved by me to enter in a work order with light weight features and work management features as well. I am sure there is many ways to do this. Can someone help and or send me a link to a Drupal site that this is already being implemented?
