Government + Responsive Design

As I touched on responsive web design and Drupal at the meetup earlier this week, someone asked specifically about government sites, which is obviously a major segment of our work in this area.
.Net magazine (which is about web design in general, not about a Microsoft product) came out with a list of the top 25 responsive sites of 2012, and #12 went to Gov.uk, the official site of the British government. In .net's words:
