Looking to connect with other local friendly Drupal people? Check out the Events tab for a rundown of our regular meetups and other upcoming Drupal-related events.
You can also join your Drupal peers and mentors in a couple of places:
- Slack tends to be more active these days. Join https://tcdrupal.slack.com. If you need an invite go here to get an automatic invite to the Slack team
- IRC -- #drupal-twin-cities on irc.freenode.net -- to ask questions, propose ideas, socialize. Check out Drupal.org for more info about IRC and Drupal including how to create a new account and connect. Or come to the next local meetup and someone will help you get started.

Want to help build a chatbot for Drupal Slack? Chatbot hack night on Tuesday.
Tomorrow night is a hack night at the MN Bot Makers meetup. I'm planning to hack on the Dragonbot used by the Backdrop CMS community. I've heard rumor that there MIGHT also be interest in having a chatbot in the main Drupal Slack channel. I don't think they have one yet.
Maybe we need one for our TCDrupal Slack channel.
My point is - that if you are interested in learning about chatbots and your interested in contributing something back to the Drupal community, this might be an interesting opportunity. If you want to hack on your own chatbot, that's cool too!
