Es handelt sich um eine neu geschaffene Stelle. Der Posten ist ganztags in Paris und ab sofort für die Dauer von 3 Jahren zu besetzen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit einer Vertragsverlängerung. Die Bezahlung orientiert sich am Personalstatut des DFJW.

Wir suchen eine/n Mitarbeiter/in mit einem abgeschlossenen Informatikstudium oder eine/n Informatikkaufmann/frau, der/die eng mit der Projektbeauftragten „Verlagswesen/Internet“ zusammenarbeitet.

Folgende Aufgaben werden unter der Leitung der stellvertretenden Referatsleiterin « Information/Kommunikation » übernommen:

The guyz over at Paris are organizing a Mini DrupalCon Paris for those that are stuck in France, with live video feeds from and TO the conference. Probably @ LaCantine.
So if you were supposed to present a session... maybe this can still be done.. with some ustream/ubicast action ...

Ok it's time to come out of shell: we are on the verge of securing “Beijing IT Developer Conference Week”.

It will provide free-of-cost to following:
1. A 2,000-3,000 square meter, conference venue, with main pavilion and partitioned classrooms
2. Linguistic support, with instantaneous translations and headsets
3. Sound/video equipment, personnel and recording
4. Security/attendants
5. Internet connection

Caveats:
1. Timing has to be either April, or July of 2010

Since I'd like to keep personal feelings, and work mostly seperated. But I still feel the strong Urge to write up some stuff I been thinking for the last few days I start this as seperate discussion from the "working thread".

If the annoncement in any way would have told about the importance of the DRUPALCON EUROPE BOF on drupalcon I would have shurely been there instead of in any of the realy good sessions that I atendend during dc Paris. But since it didn't I seem to have missed that moment in time. But when without knowing anything about what hapend at the BOF I was asking a guy about the outcome frome the BOF from his reaction I imediatly knew it seems to be some kind of hot topic...

Oh maybe we should change the description of the group maybe "A number of people and organizations in and around France have shown an interest in organizing the next European edition of DrupalCon in Paris, France. " is no longer totatlly accurate :) @symbi

Image module 6.x-1.0 is happening!
If you are going to be at DrupalCon Paris and you have an interest in this module, in getting a 6.x-1.0 release out of the door, and in this project's path towards integration with imagefield/CCK, then please come to the Image code sprint.

The tentative plan is:
- file patches, test patches, commit patches in the lead up to conference
- day 1 of sprinting: commit patches and release 6.x-1.0-RC1
- last day of conference: address any issues filed on the RC and make a full release.

Hello there,

The "pre-conference" part of our communication plan is nearly over now. The objectives were to gather individuals at the conference (this one was easy), invite journalists/bloggers during the conference (mainly locals + media partners) and use the location of the conference as a purpose to talk about Drupal in France (great success so far). The main information that we had to communicate was "Hey, there is a Drupal conference, it is going to be great..." ;-)

Now, we will have to surf on the event to launch the "conference" and "post-conference" part of the plan. This is when we will have the main added value information to communicate, we will be able to tell the world what was so great about the conference.

je serai sur Paris dès le lundi 30/08 / 9h et il va falloir que j'occupe ma journée.
Plutôt que d'aller visiter la Tour Eiffel, je préfèrerai discuter "drupal" avec quelques "Fans". Vu que la semaine va être 100 % drupal, autant commencer dès le lundi ;-)
Donc s'il y a du monde dans le coin (paris intra), je suis ouvert à toutes propositions.
Je peux éventuellement aider au drupalcon si il y besoin d'un coup de main.
N'hésitez pas à proposer des idées. merci
