RDF as it applies to field structure in core
KarenS has kicked off a discussion on CCK field structure for core in D7. It's also webchick's itch of the week.
David Strauss is already commenting, and has experience in RDF from the Internet Archive, but it would be good to have other experienced people giving this the once over. Since these fields are likely to be a major way that people "transparently" create subject/predicate/object relationships, we better get this right (and performant, working on shared hosts, etc. etc.).
Magento / Drupal Integration
I can not seem to dig up the articles, but I do recall alot of talk about integrating Magento with Drupal or vice-versa to at least some level. Anyone who has knowledge of plans or actions that will / have been taken towards this please feel free to post.
Drupal - Knowledge Tree Integration
I just wanted to make a quick post to mention that I just noticed the new KT project posted by haimoura to integrate Drupal with Knowledge Tree (an Open Source DMS written in PHP). Here's the project description:
Integration of Knowlege Tree DMS in drupal.
Knowledge Tree project : http://www.knowledgetree.com
KnowledgeTree is document management made simple: a simple yet powerful, free, commercial open source and Web-based document management system.

3% Campaign
In Vancouver a few of us did some talking about the various Drupal companies "giving back" to Drupal in some way. Shortly thereafter Zack and I did some thinking about a more formal "rallying cry" type slogan that everyone (including individual consultants, developers, and end users) could get behind.
The following is my DRAFT proposal for a "3% for Drupal". There are still SEVERAL missing pieces to this puzzle:
1) There is not currently a "proper" place to actually donate money.
2) There is no infrastructure in place to determine how the money is used.
Eventually, I would love to see a page that lives at Drupal.org containing much of the following information along with a "donate now" button and several banner/badge images that sites could display (perhaps a simple module that would display this in a block). These badges would link back to the Drupal.org page (drupal.org/3percent ?) containing a nice clean explanation.
That being said, here's what I've got (please excuse the cut and paste from my outliner application):
The Draft
