A number of people and organizations in and around France have shown an interest in organizing the next European edition of DrupalCon in Paris, France. This group centralizes this effort and all the people involved.

- Expected overall attendance (Drupalcon Paris, 1200 guesstimated from attendance Szeged and expected attendance DC)
- Expected size of group, special needs?,
- Determine meeting dates. Avoid other company, industry events or holidays
- Create an outline for each session or activity, this includes expected attendance
- Consider air and ground transportation links
- Consider other relevant events in the city which could affect availability for accommodation eg Rugby games
