DrupalCon Paris 2009

I just received news that rooms at the venue are available.

There are 35 in total.
8 standard rooms
27 comfort rooms

Standard Room
Shower and WC to be shared in hallways. There is a sink in the room.
60 euros (without VAT) / room / night

Comfort Room
Shower, WC in the room.
75 euros (without VAT) / room / night

If the attendee is a student, the VAT is non-applicable, otherwise 5,5% VAT applicable.

The tariff includes:

• Internet access in room
• Telephone in the room (pre-payment system)
• Bed cover

It has already become a tradition in the Drupal Community.

So, of course, you will not be missing out on showing your designs to everyone. :-)

The Contests

There are two.

• Conference T-Shirt
• Limited Edition

So be sure for which one you are submitting your proposal, as the requirements vary.

The session proposals are done and ready.

Now you still have some time to be able to vote on them, so we can see which sessions are on the top of your lists and plan the schedule accordingly.

Get busy using your right to vote again, as this is your event!

Here is how you do it (if you don't know already):
Step 1
Go to the sessions list.
Step 2
Browse through it by filtering etc. Once you have found a topic that you want to vote for, click on the button in the upper right corner:

Once it is green, it shows that you have voted and you can see all the sessions in My Attending Sessions in your profile.

Click again to cancel your vote.

Today is the deadline for voting your favourite "I'm coming to DrupalCon Paris" video.

At least that is what we said, but as some of you already mentioned: "How do we merge YouTube ratings with DrupalCon votes?"

Well, it is simple: We have a Grand Final! :) (Sorry for the suspense, people)

My colleagues and I at www.Bluesparklabs.com are coming to Paris this fall to attend DrupalCon!

My wife and I have been coming to Paris many years now, and are quite familiar with the city. In fact, we have an apartment on Rue Cler where we stay each time we visit.
