Drupal Meetup JA
Hey Guys,
I'm in Jamaica this week, I would love to do a meetup on Wednesday. Same time, same place.
Drupal is in an interesting place right now, plus I will chat some about my startup idea "Rastival" that I pitched to you guys last year.
Let me know who is up for it!
End of year codesprint
Hey everyone,
So we can't just let the year end without a Drupal User Group meetup. This December meetup is targeting Drupal developers. If anyone wants to join me at Chilitos, I'll be trying to get this module cleaned up so it can move out of the sandbox and onto it's own module page: https://drupal.org/sandbox/varunity/1785586
If people are interested in joining me for this codesprint please pass by and bring a laptop. the first person there ready to contribute(doesn't have to be code) gets a free Margarita. Please RSVP by clicking signup(you have to be logged in to g.d.o to do this).

http://www.rocketsms.co/resources
For those that weren't there, RocketSMS is a new project I launched earlier this week that allows 2-way SMS from pretty much everywhere (using your local number). I've built a Drupal module that makes sending & receiving messages in Drupal a snap. You'll also see two features at the link above that allow you to do SMS yes/no voting (like what they have on Prime Time News) and a newsletter style opt-in/opt-out via SMS.
