I just wanted to make everyone aware of the Drupal CMS Club group on GovLoop. We have almost 100 members at this point. Now that I have some time to focus on Gov 2.0 engagement again, I would be thrilled if anyone from this group joined and engaged in conversation on the site.

As those familiar with GovLoop are aware, the intent of the group is not to replace this one - it is an entirely different Community. Instead, it is meant to be a point of engagement between the Drupal Community and public sector professionals interested in Web 2.0 technologies, strategies, and tactics. The hope is that this engagement will increase awareness for Drupal among government decision-makers who are not necessarily tech savvy (although they certainly could be) but are interested in understanding how tech solutions can help them meet their new media goals.
