Hey, is anyone else having trouble using the 50% off promo code that Mr. Tomlinson gave us last month at the meet up? Do caps matter? I have 10 letters in the code and it takes me to Amazon to buy the book. Am I to late to use the code? The book is reduced from 50 to 35 does this mean the code does not work any more and I cannot find where to just buy the eBook.

It sure seems to be taking a long time for the ebook to be released. It's kind of annoying as the book is out of stock, and there isn't an ebook to be purchased. I waited a couple of months for this book to be released, and even though it's technically been released, it may as well not have been.
I have pre-ordered the
I have pre-ordered the paperback version, but the release date seems to be no more than a simple calendar :) In november it said "Published Nov 2010", in december it says "Published Dec 2010". Amazon says that it's out of stock. Do you know when this book will be available?
Its being printed
I talked to Apress last night and the first release was printed yesterday. So hopefully books will be in the distribution channel in the next week or two. The eBook should also be available in the next week.
