Yes lets celebrate Drupal 7.

Silicon Beach drinks is on the same night. We could have it all at the same location.

It's interesting that I only reply to threads that involve drinking and parties.

I support the suggestion of the person who suggested the Lord Nelson as the venue. The food is good, the grog is wonderful, and the environment is second to none in that hotel!

Sounds great, and in the interest of ensuring the drinks flow liberally, we (PreviousNext) would be happy to cover a bar tab for an hour at the beginning of the night. Free beer and Drupal 7, could it get any better?

Thanks John for the suggestion, I like Lord Nelson Hotel but does it get packed on Fridays?

Another place we could meetup is at the Royal Exhibition hotel. We have had Drupal meetups there in the past.

Some lovely beers there. Unfortunately I will be out of town for a relatives thing. Hope to celebrate at DDU because, by then, many of my sites will be converted. Does anyone know a good boutique brewery bar in Brisbane?
