Looking for a module that helps develop user hierarchy. Any thoughts come to mind?
We are building a wellness site with individuals, teams within an org and different orgs participating. Looking to create a user hierarchy to control visibility of content based on role. At the very least also crunch wellness data based on the established hierarchy.

There are a few solutions
There are a few solutions that come to mind.
Organic Groups would be helpful to organize your individuals into teams. It will also allow you to control content access so that only users in the organic group can view content posted to the organic group.
User Relationships might also work for you. User Relationships will let you link users (e.g. team leader <-> team member) and also control node access based on relationships that a user has.
