How to use the Localize client

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I want to use the Localize client with Drupal Commons.(D6)
I installed the Localize client but I do not know what to do next.
There is no interface for me as in the pictures in Localize client page,so as to translate the UI.
Any suggestions how to use the Localize client?

Finally I found what I was seeking for.
There is a READ ME file in the module's folder that explains everything pretty well!
