I'm not sure how many pizzas to suggest. On the one hand, a number of attendees will be off at Drupalcon that week, and won't be showing up. On the other hand, the Boulder meetup tends to have fewer members who would go to Drupalcon.
Normally I get pizzas from Jalino's at 17th & Arapahoe, and I usually get one large Pepperoni, one large combo/supreme, and one large pizza that's half cheese and half veggie. You could try just getting two pizzas - Jalino's is a bit expensive, but I really adore their Pepperoni pizza. :)
