Hello Folks,
As you suffer in the heat today be sure to take a few minutes to make sure that you're all set to enjoy the DrupalCamp coming up July 26th and 27th.
-
The Denver edition of our User Group meetings is cancelled since we have our DrupalCamp during basically the same time frame. A meeting on Tuesday and then again the following weekend.
-
If you are planning on coming, please be sure to register for DrupalCamp. After registering and logging in you will also need to click on the button on the top left to indicate that you plan on attending the camp. You should also fill in your profile details so folks will know a little about you before the sessions start.
-
The deadline to propose a session is this Saturday (5.5 days left!). If you have an idea for a session you'd like to present, be sure to submit the session proposal. You will be able to edit it as the time comes closer for the real presentation, but it will be really helpful to Brad to have these sessions proposed sooner than later so he can start arranging them. Just about anything is on-topic - from managing sites to development process to theming to best practices in dealing with customers to "managing" a community. If you want to spread the word about the way Drupal is making your business/organization/life better, that's on-topic too.
-
Vote on sessions!. We've got 16 great sessions proposed already and more on the way. The sessions provided at the camp will be determined by your votes, so be sure to vote for the things you want to see.

And...add a Site Showcase Entry
We've also decided to do a "Site Showcase" so that people can show off their recent work. If you've got something you've done recently that you're proud of just add it to the site.
Winners will likely be recognized during the Camp and perhaps asked to show off some parts of their site live.
If you'd like to be part of the committee deciding on the winners, please contact me.
