It seems Jinlong did his best to translate his text from Chinese to English. Not sure why folks feel the need to ridicule his attempt. I mean, I know that's probably not the intent but, again, things get lost in the translation & he might take it as such.

While I did chuckle several times reading the initial post, I think because this was posted in English it should be allowed a certain level of scrutiny. The reason being, how effectively might I expect any subsequent communication to be if I opted to try and work with this company? There is no English on their website, and if this is what should be expected, can I have any hope of ever explaining my needs, or chance they will be understood correctly?

It isn't my intent to target the original poster as much as it is my experience that ineffective communication will destroy the best of planned projects.

Yes, but if you need ie6 support, you will likely find a broader base of readily available employees who can work with ie. So let's say you already made a theme, in which case, looking for ie6, ie7 css support from Asia isn't a particularly complex requirement. There are other components that can be used with this approach, but quality assurance and contractual rights are other issues.
