You can also join your Drupal peers and mentors in a couple of places:
- Slack tends to be more active these days. Join https://tcdrupal.slack.com. If you need an invite go here to get an automatic invite to the Slack team
- IRC -- #drupal-twin-cities on irc.freenode.net -- to ask questions, propose ideas, socialize. Check out Drupal.org for more info about IRC and Drupal including how to create a new account and connect. Or come to the next local meetup and someone will help you get started.
User Interface Experience session by Jared Spool
Andy Kay promised a link to the presentation he mentioned at the last TCDUG meeting. For some reason g.d.o is rejecting his post, so here it is on his behalf:
At the Drupal meeting on Wednesday April 28th, I mentioned the User Interface Experience talk by Jared Spool at St Thomas University titled 'Revealing Design Treasures from The Amazon'. He gave a very good overview of why user experience matters. When viewed as a conceptual talk, there is a lot to be learned by reading in between the lines and figuring out what works for a big site may or may not apply to a small site.

Wednesday April 28th full announcement here. 7PM, 2104 Stevens Ave S, Minneapolis. We never officially posted an agenda for tonight's meeting, but I know that eojthebrave was planning on leading a discussion about creating effective training materials. Also, a bunch of us attended Drupalcon San Francisco last week. There's lots of fresh info, inspiration and gossip to share -- Ubercart and Drupal Commerce news included. Bringing beverages to share is fully encouraged. See you tonight.

The March Twin Cities Drupal Users Group meeting is coming up this Wednesday March 24th at 7PM. Last month the consensus was to have an open agenda with time for people to:
- Show us what you are doing with Drupal
- Ask a question
- Present your favorite module
Some of us are ready (or will be) to share...
Other topics that would be great to talk about include:
- upcoming April SF Drupalcon
- Drupal + MinneBar Mash-Up
- Hot & Dirty Drupal Developer Summer Garden Project
Drupal + MinneBar Mash-Up
As some of you may know, some Twin Cities Drupal People had talked at a Happy Hour about Drupalcamps and the Twin Cities. We all agreed that creating a Drupal presence at Minnebar would be our most ideal next step.
MinneBar officially has a date:

Trouble getting Attachments over certain size into the site
Hi
I am very new to Drupal. I am having trouble uploading our 2009 Tax documents as a PDF into the Site. Everytime I upload our 990, it throws an error saying "There is not enough space". I talked to Dreamhost who is our host provider and we have unlimited space according to them.
Where in Drupal would have to look to make sure that I can upload my 990 into the webpage to have it visible.
I am not sure if this is the place to put these discussions or ask for help. So, I apologize if this is not the place to do this.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Not only is March 17th St. Patty's day -- it's also the 3rd wednesday of the month and the date of our March TC Ubercart meeting. Having the name "Finnegan" in my background, I feel the urge to party -- however, Ubercart beckons and I must restrain myself and answer the call.
For this month's meeting, we have a couple of agenda items so far:
1) for the novice users (such as myself) how do you know you have done everything to make your site secure?
2) how does one include more information in the notification email that sent to admin upon receipt of payment?

I have a client who wants to bid on a "large RFP", that involves a Drupal-driven site. I'm not a Drupal guy but would love to team up with one or more of you to put together a bid. I know it's not a lot of details (definitely not enough to even do a ballpark), but if you want to talk about it, call me: Craig Snyder, 763-951-3132 or email: craig(at)electricfusion.com. Both my client and I would prefer to keep the business local too.
This is a good client of mine whom I have worked with for 6 years.
Some technical specs from the client:
