Mark your calendars: on April 22nd, 23rd and 24th the compound of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie in Dakar is the place to be for Drupal folk far and wide.
Friday April 22nd, we're hosting a Drupal Community Dinner to help everyone get (re)acquainted and demonstrate Senegal's famous Teranga ('hospitality').
Saturday April 23rd: a day of talks and workshops with a continuous coffee bar and terrace.
Sunday April 24th: Drupal breakfast, aka coffee and code, where we'll be discussing the future of the African Drupal Community as well as demonstrate how to contribute code to Drupal and how to convert Drupal 6 modules to Drupal 7.
This camp is aimed at enthusiasts, graphic designers, seasoned developers and business owners alike. Apart from traditional getting-started and geeky in-depth topics, special attention will be paid to regionally superrelevant topics such as ICT4D (ICT for Development), M4D (Mobile for Development), geospatial mapping and where Drupal fits in.
