OK GANG:
If you attended the meeting on July 24th I am inviting you to join this WIKI page and post your notes from the meeting.
If what you have to say will likely start a whole thread of conversation then by all means start a new discussion after you post a teaser of it here.
Tonyv mentioned a session at DrupalconBoston2008 that was particularly interesting to him as it involved a birds eye view of the roles of designer, developer, themer in a Drupal project.

For that matter you can visit archive.org and use keyword DrupalconBoston2008 and see ALL of the DrupalconBoston2008 sessions!
Don't know how to run a Cron Job on the server? Try the "Poorman's Cron" module: http://drupal.org/project/poormanscron
Several web hosts were discussed at this meeting. The following was Promethius' experience with shared hosting resources:
Dreamhost - We found quite quickly that there were serious speed issues with this service. We have historically had about 10 or so different websites hosted here. http://www.dreamhost.com
Siteground - This is what Promethius uses for all shared Drupal installs. We have been very pleased so far. We have about 10 different Drupal sites running here. http://www.siteground.com
On the topic of servers, Doug Vann suggested that we all chip in and get our own box and locate it at 53rd and Keystone. $395/mo divided by all who are interested. Cpanel / WHM. PLENTY of bandwidth, Plenty of storage, etc...
Any thoughts?
Tanisha shared her Drupal6 Church Site at http://www.whataword.org/ I think it looks VERY NICE!
I discovered that Organic Groups IS available in D6!!! YAY!!! http://drupal.org/project/og
I shared the Acquia post about the Amazing # of Job Ads out there asking for Social Networking Site + PHP developers but NOT mentioning Drupal as the platform.
The graph and the comments are QUITE fascinating! http://acquia.com/blog/why-are-people-building-social-apps-php-without-d...
