They did have that section that asked about skill set vs. (employer/client) expectations with checkboxes that encompassed everything from layout to backend... Nothing about the data layer though so it was perhaps a bit brief regarding the developer side of things.

No, but it seems that at least once they used the term 'web design' to mean 'any activity related to the production of web sites,' i.e., inclusive of development, etc.

umm.. no health insurance option for people that pay their own individual insurance? is it that rare? its only about 100$ a month.
