Not sure if I'll go or not - but yeah - I did see this was happening.
It crossed my mind that we should pool together to organise a Drupal stand at it... but I think I'd run out of energy for organising things at that point.
But it does serve to raise the issue.
Should we be keeping our eyes open for these sorts of things and approaching the Drupal Association & Acquia to help build the corporate presence in Australia?
Both Linux Australia and OSIA have taken trade show stands at CeBIT - and some folks organised a Drupal stand at CeBIT one year.
It can be a massive waste of time, energy and money - but if done well, and carefully planned, it can be a great way to increase awareness of product, and talk to potential customers and even potential staff.
