I was asked by my boss to look for a good company with a strong emphasis in user experience, lean generation, site testing, and visual design. I know there are a lot of companies that work in visual design or user experience but we would also like someone who could understand the lead generation process for an online university and what are the practices. Frankly the mindset of a person looking to go back to school (that is the largest portion of our students) is different for that experienced buying a book.
Our site has maintained the same basic design for, I believe, three years with only minor tweeks. We want to refresh but want to also take advantage of the refresh to enhance our ability to generate quality leads (hence the site testing, user experience, and lead generation parts). Any suggestions would be welcome. If anyone is interested or work for a company that might be let me know and I will get you a more formal request for a proposal. Thanks for any help.
