Tomorrow (Wednesday 25 May 2011), will be our first offsite meeting.
The purpose of these offsite meetings are to bolster the momentum built up around the Group Project at on-site monthly meetings.
This first offsite meeting will be held on IRC at #Drupal-NJ. If you do not have an IRC client you can go to http://webchat.freenode.net/
We should also considering these offsite meetings as an opportunity to meet F2F in other parts of Northern NJ; it can be our experimental
meeting.
Agenda
The agenda of the meeting is determining next steps and prioritizing tasks. Richard Baldwin and Matthew Dorman are serving as our volunteer project managers.
At the last meeting, facilitated by Lanny Trager (phunster), Keith Williams served as scribe, tracking tasks and assignments. We need to have that document placed on Google Docs with all Group Projects members to be given access.

However, I have a major conflict tomorrow night. It's Wold Wide Drupal Happy Hour! I usually only pick one event each month between our meetup, the NYC meetup and Happy Hour. This Wednesday's the only one I'm free for the next few weeks.
Any chance could do it a little earlier?

I'm cancelling tonight's offsite
It appears that the agreement to meet offsite two weeks after the onsite meeting was not as solid as I was lead to believe.
I also suspect that the offsite meeting was not on anyone's radar until I posted the event notice the day before the event.
Let's get a conversation going here: what day and what time and where to meet during the offsite meeting. I'll start a new thread for this.
