Hi Jake,
I'm looking forward to my first DrupalCon and to meeting you in London.
I'm faced with a dilema though. Your session clashes with the one for Drupal Commerce, which I am also keen to attend.
Having spent the last six months working closely with Omega, I'm inclined to go to the Commerce session, but in doing so will miss your words on 'mobile first' and Omega Tools, about which I'm keen to learn more.
I am sure that others will be effected in the same way and I wonder whether you would consider doing another session? If not formally, perhaps over a beer, either at the venue or one of the hotel bars.
Paul

well...
Paul,
I'm also sad my session is opposite the Drupal Commerce one... it's one of the few I'd like to see myself. I've been working with Commerce since an early alpha release, and would love to see the session in London to see the latest info as it reaches a stable release. I guess I'll simply be catching the video later!
On my own session, it is 70% theory of mobile-first/responsive, and 30% overview of Omega 3.x features. There are no demonstrations at all (that part is up to others these days) The session (which I also gave at D4D Boston in June as an early test/preview) received rave reviews, some of the best I've ever got from one of my presentations. It appears my true presentation skill likes in the theory/concepts discussions rather than a straight up demo heavy session.
I'm happy to chat about Omega anytime in London... probably more likely though over a smoke outside the venue, or beers at some point. I historically don't attend many sessions (if any) and 95% of my time at a Con is networking and discussing things just like this with interested parties. So myself (and Fubhy included I'm sure) will be happy to chat with you anytime!!
