Please share me any information, experience about sending notification from mail to sms. i live in indonesia, i've been googling all night to find better and cheaper solutions for my website.
i want to make a website where customer order something then orders sent to me via mail and mobile sms. i'm stuck in mobile sms, what should i do ?
i've tried this http://www.smsmail.com/ and this http://www.textmagic.com/ but still failed.
if there is other solutions please let me know

yes.. i'm trying to. right now i'm still learn this modules http://drupal.org/project/smsframework, http://drupal.org/project/messaging, and http://drupal.org/project/notifications.

I'm developing a service that does this - it's early on but if you wouldn't mind being a "guinea-pig" for me you can try it for free. The only catch is that it's not yet ready to send huge bulk quantities - but if it's alerts, notifications etc then it should be fine where it's at. If you're interested let me know.

My company is developping a drupal based portal for agro Decision Support Systems (pest and disease, climatic risk,...).
We actually send email alerts and have in mind to offer sms alerts in the futur.
Can we join your beta tester group (no bulk campaings, just few emails per day) ?

Actually we are only doing sms alerts - and to receive them and email needs to be sent to our system. This feature was developed to provide a sms method for server monitoring, or other methods of receiving instant notifications. Let me know if you are still interested. We don't monitor anything, but will send an alert as an sms if an email alert is sent to us.
