The Washington Post has an animated infographic with exercises that can be done in the office. Each is rated by how difficult, sweaty, and humiliating/embarrassing it is. A lot of them seem to be dance moves from the 80s/90s.

I think laughter burns calories, so going through all those moves was totally worthwhile. My favorite was the tricep kick move, reminds me of a choo-choo train.
